SWEETHEART VANILLA CREPES

Ingredients:πŸ‘‡πŸ»
πŸ’›2 cups all purpose flour
πŸ’›2 cups oat milk
πŸ’›1/4 tsp salt
πŸ’›1 tsp vanilla extract
πŸ’›2 tbsp agave syrup
πŸ’›3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
πŸ’›1 tsp @theorganiclabs beetroot powder
πŸ’›1 tsp @theorganiclabs butterfly pea powder
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- In another bowl mix all wet ingredients, except the oil.
- Pour half wet ingredients into dry, mix well to combine and then pour the rest ingredients.
-Color 1/2 cup of batter with @theorganiclabs beetroot powder and 1/2 of cup with @theorganiclabs butterfly pea powder and pour into the piping bottles.
- Let the rest of the batter sit for 10 min. Before cooking add oil and mix well to incorporate.
-Pour 1/2 cup of batter on a slightly greased pan. Use a piping bottles to make a small colorful dots on the top, pass with a wooden stick to get a heart shapes.
- Bake about 1-2 min than flip over and bake for a half min.
