POPPYSEED PANCAKES WITH BLUEBERRY YOGURT

Ingredients:
πŸ₯ž1 cup flour
πŸ₯ž1/3 cup self rising flour
πŸ₯ž1 tsp baking powder
πŸ₯ž1 tbsp sugar or sweetener of your choice
πŸ₯ž2 tbsp poppyseeds
πŸ₯ž250ml oat milk
πŸ₯ž1 tbsp lemon juice

Garnish:
πŸ’œ1 cup yogurt
πŸ’œ1 tsp @theorganiclabs blueberry powder
πŸ’œ50g white chocolate
πŸ’œ1/2 tsp @theorganiclabs yellow curcumin powder
πŸ’œ1/2 cup blueberries
πŸ’œ1/2 cup blackberries

Method:
-Mix yogurt with @theorganiclabs blueberry powder.
-Melt white chocolate and color with @theorganiclabs yellow curcumin powder.
-Bake poppyseed pancakes. Mix all ingredients and add 2 tbsp of batter on a non stick pan. Bake on a low heat until starts to form the bubbles then flip it over and bake few more minutes.
-Spread blueberry yogurt on each pancake and build a stack. Garnish with Curcumin chocolate and berries.
