Orders and delivery
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed by 14:00 ship the same day from Sweden. Delivery takes 1–3 days in Sweden and 3–6 days in the EU.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on retail packs over €75. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email us at info@theorganiclabs.com.
Can I pay later?
Yes. You can pay later with Klarna at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us at info@theorganiclabs.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you. For food safety reasons we can't take back food products otherwise. See Shipping & returns.
Our powders
Are your powders allergen free?
Yes. None of the 14 allergens listed in EU law are ingredients in our retail packs.
What's in the powders?
Each powder is made only from the ingredient in its name: Pink Pitaya powder is pink pitaya, for example. Blends such as Pumpkin Spice and the Mushroom Coffee list all their ingredients on the product page.
How should I store them?
Dry and cool, below 25 °C. No fridge needed. Powders take up moisture from the air, so close the pack tightly after use and always use a dry spoon.
How long do they keep?
Our retail packs are best before 2 years from the production date.
How do I use colour powders?
Whisk the powder into a little warm water or milk first, then add it to lattes, smoothies, batter, frosting or ice cream. Every product page has a table with amounts for drinks, baking and desserts.
Which pack size should I choose?
The small pouches (50–100 g) are good for trying a colour. Pink Pitaya, Matcha, Açaí, Butterfly Pea, Blue Spirulina, UBE and Pumpkin Spice also come in larger packs of 500 g or 1 kg.
Bulk and wholesale
Do you sell larger quantities for businesses?
Yes. Many of our powders come in 25 kg drums for cafés, bakeries and food producers. See our bulk powders or contact us for a quote.
What is the minimum order?
10 kg in total. You can mix & match powders to reach it, and starter packs are 2 kg per flavour.
Why are there no prices on bulk powders?
Bulk prices depend on volume, destination and how often you order, so we quote each request individually. You receive the price, dispatch date and documents by email.
Which countries do you deliver bulk orders to?
We deliver across the whole EU and to neighbouring countries such as Turkey, from our logistics centre in Örebro. We don’t ship to the USA. Delivery cost and lead time are confirmed in your quote.
How do I get the COA and TDS?
For confidentiality we send certificates and technical documents by email together with your quote.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply within 24 hours on working days.
