Blue Spirulina and Black Cacao Ghost Cookies

**Ingredients:**
 For the Cookies:
- 190g all-purpose flour
- 50g **The Organic Labs Black Cacao Powder**
- 1 tsp baking powder (about 4g)
- 1g salt (a pinch)
- 100g unsalted butter, softened
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Icing:
- 200g powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp **The Organic Labs Blue Spirulina Powder**
- Small black and orange icing (for decorating the ghost faces)
**Instructions:**

 **Cookies:**
1. **Preheat your oven** to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the **flour, black cacao powder, baking powder, and salt**.
3. In another large bowl, cream the softened **butter** and **sugar** until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the **egg** and **vanilla extract** until combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the dough forms.
6. Roll the dough out to about 6mm (¼ inch) thickness and use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out your cookies.
7. Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for **8-10 minutes**. Allow them to cool completely.

**Icing:**
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the **powdered sugar** and **water** until smooth. Adjust the water to reach the desired consistency for icing.
2. Add **The Organic Labs Blue Spirulina Powder** and mix until the icing is a vibrant blue.
3. Pipe or spread the blue icing onto the cooled cookies.
4. Use small amounts of **black and orange icing** to add eyes, mouths, and any decorative details to the ghosts.
