All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We use UPS or DHL , both companies offer track and trace . To European Countries it takes between 2-4 working days . to the USA between 4-7 days . Worldwide between 7-10 days depending on customs delays.
We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated). We ship with DHL Express and DHL Global Mail and also UPS, a fast and reliable shipping service. Shipping time will be displayed during checkout, next to the shipping option that is available. Please note that the transit time is displayed in business days (Monday to Friday) and are estimates only. If during checkout you do not find your country on the list of shipping destinations, please contact us.
Please note: You may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of The Organic Labs and this fee will be dependent on your country. Please be advised that The Organic Lab is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
Although we take great measures to ensure our products have a speedy transition through customs, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time.
Full refund in case of damaged product. Images and proof will need to be shown.
We refund all other returns minus shipping cost and an handling fee of 20 EUR.
