Ingredients

Matcha Dough

• 320g bread flour

• 30g sugar

• 3,5g dry yeast

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 165g oat milk

• 45g condensed milk

• 3 tsp @theorganiclabs Organic Matcha powder (dissolved in water)

• 25g butter of your choice

Filling

• 40g Nutella

Directions

1. -Mix flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast, oat milk and condensed milk. Cover dough with tea
2. towel and let it sit for 20min

3.  Knead the dough in a stand mixer with a hook attachment

4. add the butter(room temperature) and dissolved @theorganiclabs Organic Matcha
5. powder. Knead until the dough comes together, about 10min

6.  Knead the dough into ball

7. cover and let it proof for 1 hours or until double in size.
8. -Removed the air from dough and transfer to a clean surface. Divide into 4 equal
9. portions and form the balls. Let it rest for 10 min.
10. -Roll out each dough into thin rectangular (about 24x14cm size). Cut out the long strips
11. (about 12cm). Spread Nutella and roll up from the left to right with seams facing down
12. and pinch seams to seal. Place the rolls in prepared pan (20cm diameter). Cover and let
13. it rise until double in size.
14. -Lightly brush the tops with condensed milk. -Bake 175C for 35 min.
