Ingredients:👇🏻
🤎1 cup flour
🤎3 tbsp cacao powder
🤎1/4 corn starch
🤎300ml oat milk
🤎1 tbsp sugar
🤎2 tbsp sunflower oil
For filling:
❤️banana
❤️melted chocolate
❤️125g yogurt
❤️1 tsp @theorganiclabs Beetroot powder

Method:
- Mix flour with cacao powder, corn starch and sugar.
- Pour half of milk into dry ingredients, mix well to combine and then pour the rest milk.
- Add oil and mix well to incorporate. Let the batter sit for 10 min.
- Bake on a non stick slightly greased pan for about 1-2 min than flip over and bake for a half min.
-Mix yogurt with @theorganiclabs Beetroot powder.
-Add chopped banana slices in a 1/4 of crepe, drizzle some melted chocolate and beetroot yogurt. Fold crepe in triangle shape and decorate with edible sugar eyes, banana slices ,red candies and pretzels.
