Crust:( the bottom of pie)
💛200g flour
💛50g sugar
💛1/4 tsp salt
💛80g butter
💛1/3 cup ice cold water

Crust: (top of pie, lattice pattern)
💛200g flour
💗50g sugar
💛1/4tsp salt
💗80g butter
💛1/3 cup ice cold water
💗1 tsp @theorganiclabs Beetroot powder
💛1 tsp @theorganiclabs Yellow curcumin powder

🍓250g strawberries
🍓2 tbsp sugar
🍓2 tbsp lemon juice
🍓1 tbsp corn starch

-Add all crust ingredients except water into a food processor and pulse until combined. Then little by little pour ice cold water until forms the dough. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Make another dough for the top of the pie. Divide into two, then color each with 1 tsp @theorganiclabs beetroot powder and @theorganiclabs yellow curcumin powder.
Leave in the fridge for an hour.
-Prepare the filling. Chop strawberries and mix with sugar, lemon juice and corn starch.
- Roll out the plane dough and cover the tart pan. Fill it with prepared strawberries.
- Roll pink and yellow dough and cut into stripes. Cover the pie into lattice pattern.
- Bake 175 °C 40 min.
