🍫150g white chocolate
🍫300g silken tofu
🍫1 tsp vanilla extract
🍫1 tsp @theorganiclabs Beetroot powder
🍫1 tsp @theorganiclabs Ceremonial matcha
🍫2 drops peppermint oil (optional)
🍫1/2 cup puffed quinoa
🍫1 pomegranate
🍫3 kiwis
-Melt white chocolate.
-Pour melted chocolate in a food processor, add silken tofu, vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
-Divide into 2 jars and color with @theorganiclabs Beetroot and Ceremonial matcha powders.
-Serve with puffed quinoa, pomegranate seeds and kiwis.
