MINI WAFFLES - CHRISTMAS EDITION


Ingredients:πŸ‘‡πŸ»
πŸ§‡1+1/2 cup all purpose flour
πŸ§‡1/2 tsp dry yeast
πŸ§‡1/4 cup sugar
πŸ§‡1/3 cup butter
πŸ§‡80ml oat milk
For garnish:
πŸ’š100g white chocolate of your choice
πŸ’š1 tsp @theorganiclabs ceremonial matcha powder
πŸ’šfew drops peppermint oil
πŸ’šfestive sprinkles

Method:
- Make the dough by mixing all ingredients in a stand mixer, with a hook attachment knead for about 10 min until dough becomes elastic.
-Transfer dough to a bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and leave it in a warm place until doubles in size.
-Roll the dough into small balls and leave it to rest 15 min.
-Preheat the waffle maker. Bake waffles until ready (golden color, about 1-2 min).
- Let waffles to cool down completely.
- Meanwhile melt white chocolate and color it with ceremonial matcha powder and add few drops of peppermint oil. Dip in each mini waffle and decorate with festive sprinkles.
