COCONUT CHIA PUDDING FRUITS AND BERRIES
Ingredients:
π1/4 cup chia seeds
π1 cup oat milk
π1 tbsp agave syrup
π2 tbsp coconut milk
π2 tbsp desiccated coconut
π1/2 tsp @theorganiclabs Blue spirulina powder
π1 banana π
π2 kiwis π₯
π2 plums
π1/2 cup blueberries and blackberries
π1/2 cup red currants
Method:
-Make coconut chia pudding. Mix chia seeds with oats milk, agave syrup, coconut milk and desiccated coconut. Divide into two parts and color one with @theorganiclabs blue spirulina powder.
-Chop fruits.
-Pour chia pudding layers into the glasses. Then top with chopped fruits and berries.
