Ingredients:
๐ฅ1 cup flour
๐ฅ1/3 cup self rising flour
๐ฅ1 tsp baking powder
๐ฅ1 tbsp sugar or sweetener of your choice
๐ฅ2 tbsp poppyseeds
๐ฅ250ml oat milk
๐ฅ1 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish:
๐1 cup yogurt
๐1 tsp @theorganiclabs blueberry powder
๐50g white chocolate
๐1/2 tsp @theorganiclabs yellow curcumin powder
๐1/2 cup blueberries
๐1/2 cup blackberries
Method:
-Mix yogurt with @theorganiclabs blueberry powder.
-Melt white chocolate and color with @theorganiclabs yellow curcumin powder.
-Bake poppyseed pancakes. Mix all ingredients and add 2 tbsp of batter on a non stick pan. Bake on a low heat until starts to form the bubbles then flip it over and bake few more minutes.
-Spread blueberry yogurt on each pancake and build a stack. Garnish with Curcumin chocolate and berries.
