To make this cake you need:
For the crust:
•100g oat flour
•70g dates
•60g hazelnut butter
Blend all the ingredients and press dough firmly into the tart.
For the filling:
•1 can of coconut milk
•1/4 cup of lemon juice
•you can also add natural lemon flavour for extra lemon taste 😉
•2 or 3 tbsp xylitol
•1tsp agar
•1/4tsp curcumin powder for great yellow colour from @theorganiclabs
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until combined. Bring to boil, stirring constantly then simmer for 1-2 minutes. Pour the mixture into the tart and allow to cool. Then transfer to the fridge and cool a few hours.
Serve with strawberries and lemon.
