Halloween Meringue Lollipops

Easy to make and super deliscious . We are showing you how to make meringue lollipops using superfoods instead of artificial food coloring. This Recipe is also great if you are looking to sell it .
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine cream of tartar and the egg whites.
Whisk on high until the sugar has dissolved and the meringue holds stiff peaks.
Divide 4 tbsp of white meringue (for the ghosts)
Add @theorganiclabs blue spirulina and pink pitaya powder into the rest and beat until combined
On the parchment paper add some meringue, inset a lollipop stick and create purple meringue circles.
Paint white ghosts on the top and decorated with some sprinkles. -
Bake at 90C for 2 hours, or until the meringues are dry, crisp, and easily pull away from the parchment paper.
