To make this cake you need:
For the crust: ( Vegan Option without Oreos)
•100g oat flour
•60g peanut butter
Blend all the ingredients and press dough firmly into the tart.
For the filling:
•1 can of coconut milk
• fresh squeezed lemon juice from one small lemon
•140g white vegan chocolate
•1/2 tbsp blue spirulina from @theorganiclabs
•1/2 tbsp matcha from @theorganiclabs
Place coconut milk and agar in a saucepan and whisk until combined. Bring to boil, stirring constantly then simmer for 1-2 minutes. Separate in two bowls white chocolate blue spirulina / matcha minty then mix until combined. Pour the mixture into the tart and allow to cool. Then transfer to the fridge and cool a few hours.
To create the ocean toppings you.just need melted white chocolate mixed with a tea spoon of our superfoods mixed in our molds and add into the fridge for 30min.
