- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 50ml non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp @theorganiclab.eu pitaya powder
1) Mix the pitaya powder into the non-dairy milk.
2) In a high-speed blender, add frozen ingredients and pitaya milk mix
3) We used quinoa puffs at the bottom of the jar, but granola would also work just as well. Add your bottom layer and spoon out smoothie mixture on top. Finish the jar with your favourite fruits and toppings.
