In this video we show you how we created the ultimate Rainbow Challah using the amazing strand by strand technique
Ingredients
360g bread flour
160g room temperature water
30ml vegetable oil
30g sugar of choice
5g active dry yeast

- 💗1 tsp @theorganiclabs Pink pitaya powder

💛1 tsp @theorganiclabs Yellow curcumin powder
- 💚1 tsp @theorganiclabs Ceremonial Matcha

💙1 tsp @theorganiclabs Blue spirulina powder
- 💜1 tsp @theorganiclabs Purple sweet potato powder

Directions
In a stand mixer, combine all ingredients
Cover and let sit for 20mins
Then turn on the mixer low-medium speed with the hook attachment and knead until the dough comes together, about 10 - 12 mins.
Divided into 6 portions by weight.
Knead each portion with @theorganiclabs superfood powder and a teaspoon of water until combined.
Cover and let let proof for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Divide each colorful portion half. Roll each out flat, then roll it up tightly.
Roll each of the portion into a long rope. Shape the dough, make the braid
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
Brush dough with milk
Bake at 175C preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
