🌈 2 cups flour
🌈 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
🌈 1 tbsp cane sugar
🌈 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🌈 2 cups almond milk
🌈 1 tbsp coconut oil
🌈superfood powder from @theorganiclabs :
❤️1/2 tsp Beetroot powder;
💛1/2 tsp Yellow curcumin;
💚1/2 tsp Ceremonial Matcha;
💙1/2 tsp Blue spirulina;
💜1/2 tsp Butterfly pea powder + 1/2 tsp Beetroot powder.

- Mix flour with salt and sugar.
- Pour 1 cup of milk and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine, then pour the rest milk and coconut oil.
- Divide the batter into 5 cups and color each cup with 1/2 tsp superfood powder to make a rainbow crepes🌈
- Bake on a non stick pan for about 1-2 min than flip over and bake for a half min.
-Garnish crepes with chocolate drizzle, berries, fruits and whatever makes you smile.
