  • 1. How do you pay for an order ?


    Once you have completed your order, you will be able to pay for your order in the checkout section. Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard or Klarna. You may also wish to complete payment via Paypal which will be linked to your paypal account.

    The Organic Labs has taken reasonable measures to ensure that your personal and credit card details are safe at all times.

  • 3. How long does your order take ?

  • 4. How to track order and order history ?


     Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. Normally we post with UPS or DHL Sweden , you can use your tracking number and log in to their website and trace the parcel.

  • 5. When orders are not available ?


    The Organic Labs will rarely will run out of stock , our team make sure to keep our warehouse shelves replenished.

  • 6. How long take a wholesale bulk custom made order ?

    We don't provide private label service.
