ACAI BERRY TART

Crust:
🧡1 cup toasted oat flour
🧡1/2 cup coconut flour
🧡1/2 cup fine oats
🧡10 dates soaked in hot water 15 min
🧡1/4 cup agave syrup
🧡5 tbsp water (from soaked dates)
🧡1/4 cup coconut oil
Filling:
💜400ml coconut milk
💜1 tsp agar agar dissolved in 2 tbsp water
💜1/4 cup agave syrup
💜1 tbsp @theorganiclabs Acai berry powder
Garnish:
❤️plums
❤️raspberries
❤️strawberries
❤️green grapes
❤️pomegranate seeds

Method:
-Add all crust ingredients into food processor and pulse until forms the dough. Transfer into a slightly greased 20cm diameter tart mold and press to the bottom and sides. Refrigerate until making the filling.
-Add all filling ingredients into a sauce pan and boil 2 min. Wait to cool down then pour on the crust. Leave in the fridge overnight, then garnish with fruits and berries.
