Crust:( the bottom of pie)
๐Ÿ’›200g flour
๐Ÿ’›50g sugar
๐Ÿ’›1/4 tsp salt
๐Ÿ’›80g butter
๐Ÿ’›1/3 cup ice cold water

Crust: (top of pie, lattice pattern)
๐Ÿ’›200g flour
๐Ÿ’—50g sugar
๐Ÿ’›1/4tsp salt
๐Ÿ’—80g butter
๐Ÿ’›1/3 cup ice cold water
๐Ÿ’—1 tsp @theorganiclabs Beetroot powder
๐Ÿ’›1 tsp @theorganiclabs Yellow curcumin powder

Filling:
๐Ÿ“250g strawberries
๐Ÿ“2 tbsp sugar
๐Ÿ“2 tbsp lemon juice
๐Ÿ“1 tbsp corn starch

Method:
-Add all crust ingredients except water into a food processor and pulse until combined. Then little by little pour ice cold water until forms the dough. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Make another dough for the top of the pie. Divide into two, then color each with 1 tsp @theorganiclabs beetroot powder and @theorganiclabs yellow curcumin powder.
Leave in the fridge for an hour.
-Prepare the filling. Chop strawberries and mix with sugar, lemon juice and corn starch.
- Roll out the plane dough and cover the tart pan. Fill it with prepared strawberries.
- Roll pink and yellow dough and cut into stripes. Cover the pie into lattice pattern.
- Bake 175 ยฐC 40 min.
