Chia pudding ingredients (2 jars):
- 50g chia seeds
- 300ml plant-based milk
- 50g coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
Nice cream ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 50g coconut yogurt
- 50ml plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp Butterfly Pea Powder
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Recipe method:
1. Combine all the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl and pour into the cups you will use. Then leave them to set for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
2. For the nice cream, combine Butterfly Pea Powder, plant-based milk, and agave syrup in a jug.
3. Blend the frozen bananas and coconut yogurt. Add the milk and powder combination and then blend until smooth. Once well blended, add this to the chia pudding and serve.
