500 g of wheat flour

 1 egg 

8 g of instant yeast

5 tablespoons of sugar '

 2 teaspoons of salt

'250 ml of warm milk

70 g of soft butter

Natural dye: Organic Pink Pitaya Powder and Beetroot Powder from @theorganiclabs



In a bowl, combine with your hands (or a kneading hook) all the ingredients except the butter and the colors. When a ball begins to form, add butter and natural powdered dyes: Pink Pitaya and Beetroot (until the right color is obtained) and knead a smooth and elastic dough. Divide the dough in half, and each half into 3 equal parts (approx. 160 g each). Form 6 equal rolls on a floured worktop. Make two thick braids from the rollers (each braid should be made of 3 rollers). On a baking tray lined with baking paper, connect the two braids together to form a heart. Tackle the edges of both braids together, curling them slightly under you so that the heart connects well. Bake the bread at 175 degrees for 16 minutes
