Welcome to The Organic Labs Sweden AB. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through www.theorganiclabs.com. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Company information
This website and online store are operated by:
The Organic Labs Sweden AB
Organisation number: 559285-2890
VAT number: SE559285289001
Kungsbro strand 29, 112 26 Stockholm, Sweden

Throughout these Terms, "The Organic Labs", "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Organic Labs Sweden AB.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made through our website. We sell food ingredients and related products to both consumers and businesses. Certain products, quantities, bulk orders, wholesale arrangements or individually negotiated orders may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed between The Organic Labs Sweden AB and the customer.
Where separate written terms have been agreed for a B2B transaction, those terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions where they conflict.
3. Products and product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, ingredients, weights and other information for all products on our website.
Because many of our products are natural agricultural ingredients, colour, flavour, aroma, texture and appearance may vary naturally between batches. Product images represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible, and colours on a screen may vary depending on the device and display settings.
Customers are responsible for reading the product, ingredient and allergen information before use. For business and industrial customers, additional documentation such as specifications or certificates of analysis may be available separately.
4. Prices
Prices are shown on the website in the currency of the selected market. Applicable VAT and other taxes are shown according to the customer's location and applicable law. Shipping charges and any other costs are shown before you complete your purchase.
For wholesale, bulk or individually negotiated orders, pricing may be provided separately by quotation or commercial agreement.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. After you submit an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of incorrect prices or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions, products becoming unavailable, technical errors, inability to deliver to the given destination, or circumstances that prevent us from legally fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised or completed before an order is processed, unless separate payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, whose own terms and privacy policies may also apply. We do not store complete payment card details where payment information is handled directly by an authorised payment provider.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions available on our website and at checkout. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are shown before you complete your order. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed in writing.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, weather or transport disruptions. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Details are in our Shipping & returns policy.
8. International orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees depending on the destination. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in a separate agreement, charges imposed by authorities in the destination country are paid by the customer.
International customers are responsible for making sure the products they order may lawfully be imported into and used in their country.
9. Returns
Our products are food. For food safety reasons we do not accept returns of food products, including unopened packs.
If your order arrives damaged, expired or wrong, please see section 11.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
10. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is normally made to the original payment method, within the time required by applicable consumer law. Our full return and refund conditions are in our Shipping & returns policy.
11. Damaged, expired or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired or different from what you ordered, please email us at info@theorganiclabs.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Once we have checked the issue, we will replace the product or refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
12. Food products
Our products must be stored, prepared and used according to the information on the packaging and any accompanying instructions. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen information before consumption.
Information on our website about ingredients, foods, recipes or suggested uses is general information and should not be taken as medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
13. Business and wholesale customers
Business customers buying bulk quantities may be subject to separate quotations, minimum order quantities, payment conditions, delivery terms, Incoterms, specifications and quality agreements. Where a quotation, purchase agreement, invoice, order confirmation or other written agreement contains specific terms, those terms apply to that transaction.
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to purchases made by businesses acting in the course of their commercial or professional activities.
14. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may have their own conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions. We may cancel or refuse a promotion that has been used fraudulently or against its conditions.
15. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website, including trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs and designs, is owned by or licensed to The Organic Labs Sweden AB and is protected by intellectual property law. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
16. Website availability
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend, change or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, The Organic Labs Sweden AB is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rights or remedies under consumer protection law. For business customers, further limitations of liability may be agreed in the quotation, supply agreement or other commercial contract.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, strikes, transport disruption, interruption of utilities or communications, epidemics, supplier disruption or comparable events. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Personal data and privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). How we collect, use, store and protect personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
20. Third-party services and links
Our website may link to or integrate third-party websites, payment providers, shipping providers, social networks or other services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control. Please read their terms and privacy policies where relevant.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal requirements. The version that applies to an order is normally the one in effect when the order is placed. The current version is always published on our website with the date it was last updated.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Please raise any dispute with us first so that we have the chance to resolve it. Consumers may also have the right to take disputes to an alternative dispute resolution body.
