Dates and Chocolate Bar

18 units of Medjool dates 
A cup of toasted pecans
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
A quarter cup of chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of cocoa

for coating-
100 grams of dark chocolate
A tablespoon of coconut oil

Preparation:
Put seedless dates, maple and cocoa in a food processor
and process to combine. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add chopped pecans and
chocolate chips, mix a little and transfer to a mold and
flatten well. Put in the freezer for an hour and a half,
take out and slice into equal slices.
for coating- Put dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and melt in
pulses in the microwave. Using a fork, dip the snacks in chocolate and shake
to remove the residue, and place on baking paper. For those who want less chocolate - you can sprinkle some
chocolate on top instead of coating everything,
finally sprinkle a little coarse salt on top. We will keep the snacks refrigerated.
